Late Checkout Request
If you would like to request a late checkout on your day of departure please CLICK HERE and complete the request form no earlier than one week before your holiday start date as we will not confirm until then. Please not that a late checkout will only be agreed if there are NOT guests arriving on the day that you leave (you can check our website on the availability section for the property) and you will receive confirmation by email to whether your late checkout has been allowed or rejected.

Change of Dates
If you would like to change your dates or add extra days please CLICK HERE and complete the request form. Please note that revised or extra days will be charged on a pro-rata rate based on the current rental rates of the property and not the rental rates at the time of booking. A change of dates will only be accepted with the owners agreement and you will receive confirmation by email to whether this has been allowed or rejected. Please note that there will be no refund against the original rental rate for a reduction in days from the original booking. Any changes of dates will be subject to a £25 administration fee in addition to any extra rental charge.
